Instructions:

1. If you don't have the skin file, type in a Username and hit Submit. Otherwise, Step 2.
2. Press "Choose Skin File" and navigate to the directory of your skin that you downloaded.
3. Alternatively, you can use a username by typing it in the text box and hitting submit. It doesn't always work each time and if you do it too quick.
4. Press "Download Resource Pack" and your totem resource pack will be downloaded
